The Morning Hack You Always Knew but Totally Forgot

How many of you guys are like me - Up at 5:30am, bright-eyed and bushy tailed, ready to start your day?


*looks around and sees no hands raised*


Ok, I know most people dread early mornings. I used to too until I found the cheat code. Ready for it?


Plan something the next morning that makes you want to leap out of bed. Simple right? But think about it, when you were a kid and got a cool new outfit to wear to school, you couldn't wait to get out of bed and get dressed right?


Plot twist: Same Rules apply as an adult!


During the pandemic I bought a bullet. Fam, I'm now IN LOVE with making smoothies! On Sunday's I head to the farmers market or local grocery store to get new ingredients to try. Kale, ginger, cucumber, strawberries, you name it, I've blended it. That said, take it from me, blending your favorite hard candy with your favorite fruit, does not make for the extra-sweet smoothie you thought it would.


When my alarm goes off at 5:30 or 6am I'm tempted to hit snooze. Then, I remember the new ingredient I bought to try for my morning smoothie. Mmmmm.....Kiwi, passionfruit and ice cream. Hey, not EVERYTHING needs to be healthy. ;)
